These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cardscapecreations.com (the "Site") and any purchase or subscription made through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Fan-Made Content Disclaimer

Cardscape Creations is an independent, fan-made project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc. All Pokémon names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our designs are fan art intended for personal, non-commercial use.

Digital Products

• All products sold on the Site are digital downloads (binder inserts, print art, and similar files).
• Because these are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once a download link has been issued.
• Download links are yours to keep and may be used any time after purchase, unless otherwise stated — except where suspended under Chargebacks & Disputes below.
• Purchased files are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim our designs as your own.

Chargebacks & Disputes

• If you have a problem with an order, contact us at [email protected] first — we resolve almost everything faster and more fairly directly than through a bank or payment dispute.
• If a payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed through your card issuer, bank, or payment provider instead of contacting us, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the download link(s) on that order and to ban the email address used from making future purchases, entering giveaways, and accessing any previously issued downloads.
• We enforce this strictly. We do not tolerate disputes filed against us in place of a support request, and once an account is banned for this reason, the likelihood of being permitted to purchase from us again is very low.
• The one exception is a genuine mistake on our part — for example, a file we forgot to upload, the wrong zip attached, or a real technical issue with delivery. In that case we will lift the suspension and unban the account once the issue is confirmed and corrected.
• We may take these actions at our sole discretion and without prior notice, and they apply in addition to (not instead of) any rights available to us under applicable law or our payment processor's terms.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month and are billed through Stripe until canceled.
• Each billing cycle, subscribers receive a link to redeem their monthly free item(s) as described on the subscription page at time of signup.
• Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
• You can cancel anytime through the link in your confirmation or redemption emails, or via the manage subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you'll receive an email confirming the cancellation.

Giveaways

Monthly giveaways are run at our discretion. Entry requirements, eligibility, and prizes are described on the giveaway page at the time of entry.

Reviews

• Reviews with a 4-star or higher rating and no photo are published automatically. All other reviews (including every review submitted with a photo) are reviewed by us before publishing.
• Photos submitted with a review must be genuine photos of the actual product you received — not stock images, mockups, or photos of a different product. Reviews that don't meet this are not eligible for a reward and may be rejected.
• Submitting an approved review with at least one qualifying photo earns a one-time reward link for a free file, sent after approval. This reward is limited to one redemption per review.
• We may reject or remove a review at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, abuse, or content unrelated to the product.

Sales, Discounts & Newsletter

• Sale pricing, discount amounts, and time windows are set at our discretion and may change or end at any time; prices shown at the time of checkout are what's charged.
• Any one-time discount offer (such as a cart discount shown when you're about to leave the Site, or a wishlist milestone reward) is limited to one redemption and may not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
• Our newsletter is opt-in — you can subscribe via the Site footer, a pop-up, or after purchase, and unsubscribe at any time using the link in every newsletter email.

Store Credit & Referrals

• Store credit earned through purchases or referrals has no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and is redeemable only toward future purchases on the Site.
• Referral rewards are granted once per genuinely new referred customer's first order and are subject to reasonable limits to prevent abuse; we may withhold or reverse a reward we determine in good faith was obtained fraudulently (for example, self-referral through fake accounts).
• If an order is refunded, any store credit earned or referral reward granted from that order is reversed.
• We may modify, pause, or end the store credit and referral program at any time; credit already earned and unspent will still be honored.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability

The Site and its products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cardscape Creations is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site or its products.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
